Preparation and Application Instructions

For optimum performance you should follow these detailed guidelines on our cement based tile adhesive for porcelain:

• Mixing Ratio: Use 5 to 5.5 liters of water per 20‑kg bag of adhesive for perfect consistency.
• Open Time: This formulation is meant for a longer period of open time performance. That is why, once mixed with water, the adhesive remains usable for up to 45 minutes when exposed to air.
• Installation Time: For ceramic tiles, you have up to 20 minutes to make any necessary adjustments after applying the adhesive.
• Setting Time: At moderate temperatures, a full set is reached after 14 hours. However, in cooler conditions (8‑10°C), setting is complete after 24 hours.
• Consumption Rate: For a 5‑mm application thickness, expect a consumption rate of 6 to 8 kg per square meter.
• Surface Preparation: Use PM600 for flooring applications and PRG for walls to ensures optimal adhesion and longevity of installation.
• Initial and Post‑Aging Tensile Adhesion Strength: Greater than 1 N/mm² under various conditions, including heat aging and water immersion.
• Vertical Slip Resistance: Less than 0.5 mm to maintain the integrity of vertical installations.

Packaging and Storage

Our polymer modified adhesive for porcelain is available in several convenient packaging options, including 20‑kg laminated paper bags, p.p bags, and 1‑1.5‑ton jumbo bags.

Unopened bags should be stored in a dry place for up to 12 months after the production date, and it is recommended to stack no more than eight bags at a time.

• Personal Protection: Always wear gloves, protective eyewear, and a mask to prevent skin and eye irritation from cement dust and other components.
• Proper Ventilation: Work in well‑ventilated areas to avoid inhaling dust.
