Description
PSP 313 Cementitious Sealing Putty
Polymer‑Modified, High‑Quality Compound for Filling Joints & Surface Imperfections
Overview
PSP 313 Cementitious Sealing Putty is a high‑performance, polymer‑modified compound formulated for repairing joints, cracks, and blemishes on concrete, brick, gypsum, and cement‑rendered walls. Ideal for construction, industrial, and infrastructure projects, it delivers exceptional strength, adhesion, and long‑term durability.
Key Features
High compressive strength: ≥ 20 MPa
Excellent flexural strength: ≥ 5 MPa
Superior bond to concrete, brick, gypsum, and cement surfaces
Low shrinkage and crack‑resistant finish
Easy mixing and trowel‑grade consistency
Suitable for interior and exterior applications
Surface Preparation
Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and free of dust, oil, or loose particles. Joints and cracks should be dry. Lightly dampen very dry surfaces before application (no standing water).
Mixing Instructions
Add 27 % clean water by weight to the dry powder.
Mix mechanically until a smooth, lump‑free paste forms.
Application
Apply the putty with a trowel or putty knife, pressing firmly to eliminate air pockets. Over‑fill slightly, then scrape back flush and smooth the surface. Remove excess material promptly.
Working Time
≈ 60 minutes at 20 °C (shorter in warm, longer in cool conditions).
