Introduction

The porcelain floor adhesive, PM600, is a mortar based on polymer-reinforced cement and armed with coarse-grained polypropylene fibers, which is suitable for installing all types of porcelain or non-porcelain ceramic tiles on the floor, regardless of the work surface. This is a mixed adhesive which is made of granulated limestone cement, polypropylene fiber powder resins and adhesive reinforcements, and ready to be consumed by adding water.

Packaging and storage:

This product is packed in 35 kg laminated paper bags. Unopened bags can be stored in a dry place for 12 months after the production date. It is recommended to stack up to 8 bags.

Description

Method of Use:

Time of use after mixing with water: one hour in contact with air.

Installation time of ceramic tiles and the possibility of changes after applying adhesive: 30 minutes.

Setting time: at medium temperature after 14 hours and at a temperature of 8 to 10 degrees Celsius after 24 hours.

The contents of the 35 kg bag of adhesive are gradually mixed with 5.5 liters of water in a mixer for 10 minutes until a uniform paste is obtained. Wait 10 minutes and mix again for 5 minutes. The adhesive is ready to use.
