Overview
PM400 Repair Mortar is a high-strength, cement-based repair compound enhanced with powdered latex and polypropylene fibers. It is specially formulated for restoring damaged concrete surfaces, offering exceptional adhesion to both concrete and steel, as well as superior durability, low permeability, and crack resistance.

Surface Preparation
Ensure the substrate is clean, free from dust, oil, grease, and any weak or loose particles. Use appropriate tools to remove deteriorated concrete. Slightly moisten the surface before application, but avoid excess water.

Mixing Instructions
Mix the dry powder with clean water (20% of powder weight) using a mechanical mixer. Blend for 5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free paste is achieved.

Application
Apply the mortar using a trowel or spatula, filling all gaps and cracks thoroughly. Smooth the surface and clean excess material from the edges. The prepared mortar should be used within 60 minutes at 20°C. Working time may vary based on temperature and humidity.
