PPG110 is a polymer-enhanced, fine-grained gypsum plaster designed specifically for final finishing over gypsum-based surfaces. Unlike standard gypsum plasters, it offers significantly extended workability time, allowing for a smoother and more controlled finish.

Surface Preparation
Ensure the substrate is gypsum-based, clean, and free of dust, oil, or any contaminants. Repair any cracks, holes, or surface damage before application.

Mixing Instructions

Add 600 grams of clean water per 1 kilogram of PPG110 powder.
Mix thoroughly using a mechanical mixer until a lump-free, paste-like consistency is achieved.

Application
Apply the prepared plaster with a trowel or spatula to the desired area. Smooth the surface evenly and build up to the required thickness. Let the surface dry completely before any further processing or painting.
