PPG121 is a polymer-enhanced, coarse-grained gypsum primer designed to be applied using a spray machine. It serves as a reliable base layer over masonry walls, providing high adhesion, good workability, and an ideal surface for finishing coats.

Method of Use
Ensure the masonry substrate is clean and free from dust, oil, or other contaminants. Repair any cracks or structural imperfections before application.

Preparation Instructions

  • Mix the gypsum powder with clean water in a 2:1 ratio (gypsum to water).

  • Use a spraying machine to mix and apply the gypsum.

  • Spray the prepared mixture evenly onto the surface.

  • After spraying, use a trowel to smooth the surface and adjust thickness.

  • Allow the gypsum to dry completely before applying any finishing layers.
