Overview
WPF is a high-performance, two-component waterproofing system based on cement and acrylic resin. Designed for superior adhesion to concrete and other construction materials, it creates a highly effective barrier against water leakage. This system includes a powder phase (cement with polymer additives) and a liquid resin phase (acrylic resin based on styrene-acrylate polymers), ensuring excellent flexibility and durability.

Mixing & Application

• Mix one 25 kg bag of powder with one 10 kg can of liquid resin.

• Stir mechanically for 10 minutes until a uniform, slurry-like mixture is achieved.

• The prepared mixture must be used within 30 minutes after exposure to air.

• Application can be done using a brush or roller.

• Drying time:

  • 14 hours at ambient temperatures (around 20–25°C)

  • 24 hours at temperatures between 0–8°C

• Supplied as:

  • 25 kg bag of powder

  • 10 kg gallon of liquid resin

• Shelf life: 12 months if stored in a dry place, sealed and away from direct sunlight.
