Introduction of Caulking Mortar

PTL320 Cement-Based Jointing Mortar is used to fill joints with up to 6 mm thick, between tiles, ceramics and stone installed on walls and floors inside and outside the building and in wet and dry conditions.

 

 

Preparation Instructions

 

Mix each 10 kg bag of powder with 3 liters of clean water in a mixer. The   mixing process should be continued until a uniform and homogeneous paste is obtained. Wait for 10 minutes and then stir the mixture for a short time (15 seconds).

Description

How to Use

Do the operation with a plastic spatula and by pressing the mortar paste in the joints  between clean and dry ceramic tiles. Wall plastering is done 24 hours and floor plastering is done 48 hours after installing ceramic tiles. Remove excess mortar from the surface. The 20 to 30 minutes after jointing and hardening of the mortar, clean the jointed surfaces with a damp cloth and keep them moist for 24 hours.
