Overview
PIG Industrial Grout is a high-performance cement-based grout specifically developed to fill and stabilize the space beneath base plates in industrial, commercial, and storage systems. It provides a solid foundation that enhances the strength, load-bearing capacity, and durability of the flooring and support structure. The product fills voids completely and ensures excellent adhesion with no shrinkage or air pockets.

Surface Preparation
Clean the surface to remove dust, oil, grease, and loose particles. The area should be dry and structurally sound before application.

Mixing Instructions

Mix clean water at 20% of the grout powder’s weight.
Use a mechanical mixer to achieve a lump-free, uniform paste.
Mix until the grout reaches a smooth, flowable, paste-like consistency.

Application
Pour or trowel the prepared grout into the space under the base plate. Ensure complete filling with no voids or air bubbles. Level and smooth the surface and allow it to set undisturbed.

Working Time
≈ 30 minutes at 20°C (may vary based on ambient conditions).
