Introduction of Traditional Straw Design Mortar

Design Mortar PPC265 is semi-soft cement linings which is used by adding various mineral pigments as a surface coating on external and internal walls in a wide range of colors. This would be water resistance if produced by adding another additive to the final coating formula. This product is used on prefabricated concrete surfaces, smooth external surfaces covered with cement mortar or preferably surfaces covered with lining mortar. Traditional Straw Design Mortar is used by adding 3 mineral pigments in different colors and is preferably applied manually with a trowel.

Preparation Instructions

Mix the contents of the bag with 6 liters of clean water. Then add about 1.5 kg (thin straw fibers that its length should be at most 4 cm and free of foreign substances) and mix it with a mixer. After thorough mixing wait for 10 minutes and mix it again for a short time. Apply a 3-5-meter-thick layer on the under-work surface with a trowel and smooth it. In order to create a better view, it is recommended to sprinkle a little straw on the layer before it dries.
